The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement between you and Papillon Effects Ltd.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of Papillon Effects Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for services rendered, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client as specified in the project agreement. Papillon Effects Ltd retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services.
• Review and provide timely feedback on drafts, concepts, and deliverables.
• Ensure that any materials provided to us (e.g., logos, copy, images) do not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Make payments in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposits, milestone payments, and final payments, will be specified in the project proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in a pause of services until the outstanding balance is settled.

Revisions and Modifications

The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Significant changes to the project scope after work has commenced may require a revised proposal and timeline.

Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of cancellation, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination, including any non-refundable deposits. Papillon Effects Ltd reserves the right to terminate services if these terms are violated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Papillon Effects Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, results, or returns from our creative and marketing services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
